Welcome to PMADS: Protein Modification and Drug Sensitivity

PMADS is a freely accessible database that systematically organizes PTM–drug–disease ternary associations, formally defined as PTM-centered drug responses in disease context. It catalogs both experimentally supported and computationally inferred associations, enabling researchers to explore how PTMs regulate drug sensitivity, how drugs modulate PTM states, and how these interactions occur within specific disease backgrounds.

To ensure clarity and transparency, PMADS organizes its content into two distinct datasets:

Curated Dataset (Reviewed): A high-confidence collection of PTM–drug–disease associations manually extracted from biomedical literature.    👉 Search the curated dataset

Inferred Dataset (Unreviewed): A computationally predicted associations derived from statistical analysis of proteomics data.    👉 Search the inferred dataset
