Welcome to PMADS: Protein Modification and Drug Sensitivity

PMADS is a freely accessible database that catalogs experimentally supported relationships between protein post-translational modifications (PTMs), drugs, and disease contexts. By integrating manually curated PTM–drug–disease relationships from the biomedical literature, PMADS enables researchers to investigate both upstream mechanisms (e.g., a drug regulating acetylation or methylation) and downstream effects (e.g., phosphorylation altering drug response) that shape therapeutic outcomes in diseases.

Coming soon: Future releases of PMADS will integrate computationally inferred PTM–drug associations from large-scale proteomics datasets, expanding the scope and depth of the resource.
