We present Pre²Med X-Portal, is a self-learning predictive and precision medicine framework for intelligent drug response prediction. Built upon our proprietary scPharm algorithm and integrated with a suite of established methods, the platform provides a unified environment for comprehensive and accurate evaluation of therapeutic efficacy across diverse data types. It enables drug response prediction at both single-cell and bulk transcriptomic levels, as well as immunotherapy outcome estimation. By combining standardized data processing, multi-model prediction, and interpretable result reporting, Pre²Med X-Portal offers a one-stop solution for translational research and precision treatment. In future iterations, the system will evolve into a dynamic, self-optimizing intelligence framework that continuously learns from new data to enhance predictive accuracy and therapeutic decision-making.
