We present scPharm, a computational framework that integrates pharmacological data with scRNA-seq data to identify pharmacological subpopulations within a tumour. By analyzing normalized enrichment scores (NES) of single cells in the context of drug response, scPharm effectively pinpoints sensitive and resistant subpopulations in cancers, predicts combination therapies, and assesses drug toxicity, offering a promising approach to precision oncology. In scPharm-Web, all of scPharm's methods are available as well as some of the newly introduced methods such as immunotherapy recommendations and combination drug recommendations.
