Welcome to PMADS: Protein Modification and Drug Sensitivity
PMADS is a freely accessible database that catalogs experimentally supported and computationally inferred associations between protein post-translational modifications (PTMs), drugs, and disease contexts. It enables researchers to explore both how PTMs regulate drug sensitivity and how drugs modulate PTM states in disease-relevant settings.
To ensure clarity and transparency, PMADS organizes its content into two distinct datasets:
Curated Dataset (Reviewed): A high-confidence collection of PTM–drug–disease associations manually extracted from biomedical literature.

Inferred Dataset (Unreviewed): A computationally predicted associations derived from statistical analysis of proteomics data.
